Monday musings

This week’s musing asks…
Do you prefer character-driven stories, or plot-driven stories?

Can I be greedy and say I like both? I can so easily be captured by a great character - in fact, characters are certainly what make the book for me. But these great characters still need to have a strong plot around them to keep me really riveted - so, find the right balance and I'm hooked!

    I agree, I hate reading a lot of filler in my books also. Sometimes the filler turns me off to the book.

    Good characters + good plot = Sleepless nights, filled with tossing and turning. I can never turn my brain off after those books! <3 Thanks for stopping by

    Definitely a balanced book is the best but I can read and enjoy any book with a good plot.
