There's no way I could resist not listing the top ten books that should be in your beach bag. But it's not fair to only be restricted to ten! Perhaps I'll have to make multiple lists this week. But for now, these would be my absolute top Top Ten!
Top 10 Tuesdays, a weekly meme hosted by
The Broke and the Bookish.

7. Any Jill Mansell
8. Any Penny Vincenzi

10. The Millenium Trilogy, by Steig Larrson
My Best Friends' Girl was very good...I remember crying a lot while reading it though (pretty sure I read it in the safety of my own backyard...thank goodness!)
ReplyDeletelooks like an enjoyable list for beach reading. Kaye—the road goes ever ever on
ReplyDeleteI started reading Chasing Harry Winston when I'd just come out of a relationship and really couldn't get into it. Maybe I should give it another go as I remembered it started with a break up!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Jill Mansell, very easy reading.

I really need to read The Millennium Trilogy especially after seeing the films. Great films btw! :) Also, classics can be nice reads, just depends on what you're looking for. Thanks for sharing and happy reading!
ReplyDeleteWow. I've not read any of these! But then, recommendation is what a list of beach reads is for, right? :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog!
What a great list! I almost put Chasing Harry Winston on mine because it's a great one! From Notting Hill with Love, Actually is on my TBR and a lot of the others I hadn't heard of but they sound AMAZING! Adding them to my summer reading pile now! :)
ReplyDeletebwahahahaha I've never heard of From Notting Hill with Love...Actually, but it's totally going to have to go on my TBR list now.
ReplyDeleteThis is such a fun list!
Thanks for visiting my top ten list this week. And yes, yes, yes the Millennium trilogy MUST be on a summer reading list. I finished the entire trilogy last summer and it was lovely. <3
